Unsupported Features

Totals​

Running totals are mapped to sum variables where supported. Review grouping, reset conditions, and evaluation timing manually; the presence of a total in the converted layout does not establish that it accumulates the intended rows. See Report Conversion.

Crosstabs​

Cross tabs must be redesigned by hand because the implementation of cross tabs in Report Builder and List & Label are too different. They are not supported by Ice Porter.

Lines and Boxes​

Unfortunately we do not port lines and boxes because of a bug in Report Builder's COM interface.

Conversion Versus Engine Capability​

These are conversion limitations. List & Label can contain elements that Ice Porter does not generate from the source report. Track each warning, rebuild required elements in the target designer, and compare the printed result before accepting the report.
