Watermark

Starting from PPJ 2012, we have added a new Watermark property to SalDataField and SalComboBox.

The Watermark is a string that is displayed inside the editable control when it is empty.

Usage​

Use a watermark as an example or input hint, not as the field's only label. It disappears when the field contains text and must not be mistaken for a stored value or default. Verify empty, null, read-only, disabled, and focused states in the chosen target and theme.
