Initializes an unmodified list box with horizontal scrolling enabled and scrollbars shown only as needed.

SalNamedProperties: Gets this window's SAL named-property collection.
SelectedIndex
Int32: Gets the first selected index or replaces the current selection.
At runtime in multi-select mode, reads the first selected index or -1. Assigning in multi-select mode clears all selected items first. In single-select mode, indices below -1 or beyond the item count are ignored.
UseCustomTabOffsets
Boolean: Gets or sets the retained custom-tab-offset option.
This compatibility option is not implemented by the Web control.
